The Bratislava Region contributes four restaurants to Na Nože, and it is an odd four. Only one of them stands in the capital itself: Heydučka, which Martin Novák visited in season 4, episode 6, and rated two knives. It has since closed.
The other three come from the surrounding towns. Staré časy in Marianka took three knives in season 2, episode 8, and also closed. Stupavská Hodovňa in Stupava held on to its three knives and is still trading, as is Mavi's in Pezinok, which opened season 5 with two.
Half the restaurants from this region are therefore gone. That is the worst survival rate on the map, though with only four entries a single reopening would change it. The average of 2.5 knives sits below the show's overall 2.9.
If you are planning a trip, both surviving addresses fit into one day. Stupava lies north-west of Bratislava at the foot of the Little Carpathians, Pezinok on the far side of the same hills, under half an hour away. Marianka, where Staré časy stood, is on the road between them.
